Storing Information about Subsets
Is it possible to store and display information about subsets. e.g If you had a subset called say "Region" associated with records and you wanted to store and display general information about each region.

RE: Storing Information about Subsets
There is no place to store information about a subset, other than in the subset's name. You give, as an example, the case of a subset called 'Region'. Actually, you probably would not have a 'Region' subset. Rather, you would have subsets for each region. So you might have a 'France' subset, a 'Germany' subset, etc. In this case, the name of the subset probably tells you all you need to know about the 'meaning' of the subset.

In addition, you can always look at the definition of the currently selected subset, by choosing Display Subset Definition from the Subset menu. This tells you more about the subset than just its name; it shows you the full set of criteria that are used to select the records that are included in the subset.
